California Custom Knife Show (Oct 1-2)

anyone from here planning on attending? i know i'll be there. had a great time last year. looking forward to the show.

and if you didnt know, the california custom knife show is only 4 weeks away!

held in anaheim on october 1st and 2nd.

This is pretty much the only custom show I go to. I exited to see what the makers bring to the show.

Sadly no, it’s a hassle getting it by custom officials at the border

, too much paper work.

Last time I went to that show I got to see Daniel Winkler on of my favorite makers and got the very first Baby Sayoc tomahawk he made. I got to see a lot of awesome makers and even got some pointers for Mr. Emerson himself that was at the show. All and all a great time. I wasn’t on the forums back then, I hope I can meet a few of you guys there.

Any makers in this forum that are attending? Show us what your bring to the show!!!!

it'll be my first one, but i think i'll have to get back to SD by 5 for work. as long as i get there at opening i won't miss out on much right? anyone going for both days?

Well i'll be the asian guy, looking for the CRK booth. Spot me wearing the vibram five finger shoes, and tattoo on right arm and say hi. Or if anyone knows of a choice location.

Red ribbon works, i'll be using red paracord though. Asian with wine red paracord \(

since you cant bring the frag grenade can you bring a smoke grenade? when you want to meet up just toss it.

i dont have any red paracord or ribbon. maybe i'll bring one of those "remove before flight" things

I don't like posting my ugly mug, but look for this guy.

I'm pretty easy to spot, with shaved head and full beard. I'll be wearing a black shirt and OD green cargo pants, that's my usual get up.

I'll be frequenting Strider, Emerson, Hinderer, and CRK.

maybe just get a piece of painters tape and write what forums your a member of and put it on the back of your shirt??? tacky i know but if there is a group of guys with red ribbon all together and talking it might make some people pretty suspicous lol
