California Fixed Blade Laws

I'm having a little trouble with the ambiguity of my home states fixed blade laws, whats legal to carry concealed and openly? Especially as it pertains to a Swamp Rat Safari skinner

Balisongs are illegal. Autos over 2" are illegal. Other folders of any length can be carried either concealed or open. All fixed blades of any length must be open carried. City and county regulations may vary.
