This was a trip I did a little while back but I thought people might like to see some pics.

This seems to perfect to be natural but it is...deep enough to jump off the rocks into

It would have been nice to set up camp here, but I was just on a day hike

Picture taken from inside a little cave I climbed in. If you look closely you can see a guy through the lower right hole

Those are some cool pictures, where was this taken at? Whenever I go home next time I might try to find this place

The two big lake pictures were at a resevoir in Santa Ynez, California.

The last three pictures were taken from a hiking trail I found while driving through montecito, California. I was not looking for it, I just came upon it so I can't give you exact locations. It was a really nice hike. It went up a mountain and followed a stream with giant bolders in it. I hike up the boulders for part of the trip and up the trail for some. There were swimming holes like this all over.

wow, what a nice place. Thank you for sharing.

Haven't seen you around much, I hope you like it here.

Ya, I found blade forums when doing some research for a camping trip to Grand Teton. I began by just posting a few questions, but this place is really growing on me. I even ordered the forum knife from Nick.

Very cool, well welcome anyho' theirs a welth of knowledge here, its just gotta be tapped into.

Nice shots. I havn't hiked the area, but have a friend that lives there, so will have to go for a visit.

Seems like you found a treasure! That swimming hole looks real nice! How was the water temp?

Does your friend know of this trail? It seemed like a little nothing trail that people would drive by and see and stop, no one planned on going there until they came upon it.

It will pretty chilly water, but at the same time refreshing on a hot day. You could get used to it. I don't think the pictures do it justice as it was crystal clear.

Great pics and welcome aboard bro !!!

What kind of dog is that you have ?

Santa Ynez isn't that wine country? Just remember it by reading the book Sideways and that is where they went to. Any fish in that reservoir? Cool pics!

I love caves like that. It looks like your dog was pretty happy to beat the heat too ! Thanks for posting them.
