I do not like Steel Hearts. None of them. Never have and never will. If you don't believe me just offer me one for free. Come on. I dare you. ;)

(God I could kill myself for selling of my HH).

My HH is a bit over 0.27". Great blades, as TLs regret will illustrate. :p

Strange though. My HH feels more, well, substantial, than my flat grind 0.32" HOGFSH. I guess it's a bit like the weight difference / feel of the CG and LE FBM.
 
At one point, I felt I had to choose between the HH and the MOASH.

I chose the MOASH.

Sold off the HH.

Big mistake.

I should have chosen them both!!!!!

I have not had a chance to swing a FSH yet. When the pass-around one was in the area, I missed it. It's a hole in my collection; I may have to seek one, FSH or HH, before the prices go any higher :grumpy:

I know that some folks say that if you're going to have a big knife, then just go bigger, and use an FBM. How does the weight of the FSH or HH comapre to a CGFBM or FBM LE?

Hell NO! There are some knives that make it to my Dust Collector shelf and that is one. There it sits and there it stays. It is akin to Excalibur.....and no one is worthy enough to pull if from my grip:D

Guy, PM or email me....I just got a FSH and I owe you one.

As far as comparing a HOGFSH to FBMLE....they are both great, but the weight is more centralized in the FSH and you have more control. Both are great and you should get them all!
