Calling all Queen/S&M experts!!

I just picked up this little guy on "the bay" and I am just looking for a little info on it. It was advertised as being from 1890-1930. Any ideas? I was able to grab it dirt cheap so I figured what the hell!

Those are called watch fob knives. When men dressed with pocket watches, the small knife dangled on a chain that could be grabbed to pull the watch out to check the time. I do not collect these little gems, so cannot help other than that tidbit of worthlessness.
