Calling out Skunk

I always look forward to his pics....a true 'gear guy' like most of us.

In addition, I'd like to see some action at the store!

My Warden on my son's fish, the Warden works great for fish cleaning.

Nice fish.

Is it a big bow or a steelhead? I heard you were going steelhead fishing but that fish is fairly pink, but is long and lean like a steelhead.

All you need to do now is figure out how to get one on the end of a 7wt fly rod. Oh but then.... how is your heart?

That is a very nice fish - and at first glance I thought is was a rainbow trout!

After I got back in the chair, I'm not so sure... but d*mn - that's a beautiful fish!

Beautiful country!

Thanks for the pictures!

John

steelhead, the run is a lil late this year, we had four on yesterday. we had to haul ass today as the weather was going to turn bad for flying.

it amazes me as those fish are still bright after swimming hundreds of miles in fresh water.

and technically the steel head is a trout, it just gets to vacation in the pacific for a couple of years. this one was right at 34" and fourteen pounds.

Gotcha!

Outstanding fish, beautiful water and scenery!

Thank you!
