For sale is a Calton Cutlery chef knife that’s been chopped to a Bunka style. Blade is 1095, 0.055” thick (very thin), 0.008” behind the edge, OAL is 12 1/8”, cutting edge is 6 1/2”, blade width is 2”. Handle is Honduran Rose w/ black paper micarta. Blade has been used and sharpened. Selling because I just find myself using other knives these days. Comes with original box and paperwork from Joe. If you know Joe’s work, then you know you’re getting a superb heat treat on his 1095 steel!
