Up for grabs is a Calton Cutlery chef knife w/ hidden tang. Blade is 1095, 0.055” thick, 0.008” behind the edge. 8 5/8” blade, 13 5/8” OAL. Honduran rosewood and black paper micarta handle. Knife has been used and sharpened and has a patina. This is a great thin slicer, but I just don’t use chef knives much. Ships with original box and paperwork.
