Up for grabs is a Calton Cutlery cleaver in 1095 and hickory. Blade is 7 1/4” long, 3” wide, 12” in OAL, 0.093” thick, and .021” behind the edge. This used to be a straight cleaver, but I sent it back to Joe to add some curvature to the blade. This has been used and sharpened. Primarily used on vegetables and meat, but it’s also plenty strong to work on bones. I’m only selling because I picked up one of Joe’s smaller cleavers that works better for me. Comes with original box and paperwork.
