Up for grabs is a Calton Cutlery Slicer in 1095 and stabilized cottonwood. Blade is 6”, 0.092” thick, and 0.08” behind the edge. OAL is 10.75”. Has been used in the kitchen and sharpened. Incredible at processing meat! Comes with original box and paperwork from Joe.
