These are a cool little custom knife that you can carry just about anywhere. Only 4 inches in total length and a thin overall profile, the tick bite is a great way to have a good fixed blade knife with you for all those every day task!

We had some of the original information wrong on these and just got a great description from the maker. Thought we would update it here as well!


The Tick Bite is 154CM high carbon stainless. They are professionally heat treated by Peters' Heat Treating and cryogenically treated to refine the grain structure. This produces a tougher, sharper blade.
The knife is designed with a minimalist mentality. Everything you need, and nothing you don't. It's so light, so thin, there's no reason not to carry one every day, or carry as a backup to your primary knife.
Throw one in your possibles bag, your daypack, or even your glove box. They have virtually no weight, but add tons of versatility.
Wear it as a neck. Piggyback it to the sheath of a larger knife. Put it in an Otterbox 1000. Put it in a survival pack. Carry it in your pocket as a small fixed blade knife. The possibilities are endless.
