I was wrong. The ZDP 189 Stretch runs well under $120! I'm in love!
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).

i own neither but i'm sure of one thing: i prefer a solid zdp 189 blade to a laminate. no technical reasons. just me.
Is the handle on the Stretch as wide as it looks? One of the things I like about my Endura is the slimline nature of it. I have a Caly 3 and due to the G10 it feels chunkier than the larger Endura.
Thanks, CrimsonTideShooter. My bad... definitely don't want to break the rules or get an infraction.
I think the caly 3.5 is better suited for an office environment with the low ride clip and the slimmer nature of the blade. I carry my Super Blue Caly 3.5 almost every day and I would recommend the 3.5 to anyone.
i'd like a caly 3 in solid zdp 189. 'morning sal!Yeh, me too. I thought I was the only one.

Not sure which Endura you're using as a comparator, but the FRN Stretch and FRN Endura 4 handles are exactly the same thickness (side to side) and the Stretch is a bit narrower (top to bottom). Of course that doesn't account for subjective "feel" and, given that the Caly 3 is considerably thinner and a bit narrower than either, there's no telling what you'd think of the Stretch. Is the handle on the Stretch as wide as it looks?
