Calypso Jr... Discontinued??

I remember reading in some other post that spyderco was going to discontinue the Micarta Calyspo Jr... Is this true? If not... Will it be revised with the new VG10 blades?? Please tell me the Calypso Jr wont be discontinued... I like the look of the liteweight but the micarta one is nicer..

It is the full size that is being discontinued.

We will probably discontinue the mcarta version of the Calypso jr as well. It depends on demand, we'll watch closely. I believe the lite weight version will prove superior. the GRN is stronger than micrta, the "grip" is more effective and the VG10 is pretty hard to beat.
