I'm so impressed by the generosity shown here. Both in material gifts, and in knowledge and camaraderie.
Want to know what you're playing for? My humble offering is:
A Camillus Boy Scouts Whittler. It could use a little TLC. Typical stuff for an older user- a little blade rub, a bit scratched up,a tiny bit of wobble on the small clip. You know: "Character." For sure needs to be sharpened. But overall solid and in good shape.
I like old Camillus knives, and I picked it up in a pawn shop, but I just never got around to carrying it. I'm not sure why. Maybe because the Boy Scouts don't have any particular significance for me. I'd like it to go to someone who would appreciate it. Maybe even carry it from time to time. The winner will also receive a little homemade bonus surprise.

I've never done one of these, so I hope I'm doing it right, and have all my bases covered:
Just say "I'm in", although pictures, stories, etc are always welcome.
You must be a regular here in the traditionals subforum (who else would appreciate this one, anyway?)
You must be legally allowed to own this knife under what ever jurisdiction you reside.
Open to anywhere USPS will deliver to, though all I can do is mail it. After that it's really out of my hands. Literally.
I'll pick a winner in about a week, I guess, depending on how much interest there is.
