Camillus CAM-BK6 military jungle knife

I'm learnin'....(been doin' this for 18 years...1st time for a knock-off)...

and you're right, it's a beautiful blade...good grind...sharp as hell...

my son's 25 and new to this...it'll be a "gift" (now I gotta find an occasion)

he won't know the difference, and he won't care when he's wackin' the hell out of her shrubs and undergrowth in Colorado

Youch! I've dealt with VW before and can attest that he's a stand-up seller. I'm sure he wasn't intending to fleece anyone. Cheers all!

Holy crap...what a maelstrom!

for those who defended my good name (and few virtues)...thanks - you're on track...

1) I didn't know it wasn't a true Camillus BK6 (original)...
2) I didn't list it as a Patrol machete...it said Military Jungle Knife (read down before having an embolism)

here's what I do know...

Facts from ACME, as relayed to me on the phone at 10am this morning...

ACME bought the rights to the Camillus name...and all their designs -

The Camillus BK6 posted that blew this up is made with their knowledge overseas, and marketed legally with their approval

Is it a "orginal designed and US made Camillus BK6 Patrol Machete"...no.

Is it a "Camillus BK6 Medium Machete or Camillus BK6 Military Jungle Knife" (not made in the US) ...yes.

Now that Ernest will have one in hand (until he ships it to Bladite), he can throw down his personal critique of the 420A blade...I'll look forward to that!
