There a CUDA with button slide opener at this link, about 2/3 way down the page. It's the large version with plain edge black blade. I've dealt with this vendor a lot -- very reliable:

You could also look into a Moore Maker Roper. These were made for MM by Camillus and patterned after the EZ Opener/Button Slide CUDA's. These are also the smaller size and come serrated like the CUDA 2S
