Camillus customer service experiance

It all started last month. A couple of screws went missing from my fav-o-rite pocket knife, the CUDA 2. I countinued to use it till I could not stand it and sent my knife through the mail to Camillus with a note explaining what had happend. About 5 business days later I got a padded envelope back in the mail and it was my pocket's best friend all shiny and new looking. All I was expecting was for the folks at Camillus to install two new scews and send it back. It appears they replaced the G-10 handles or cleaned all the gunk out of them. They cleaned the knife inside and out and put an edge back on it. All for no charge. Fast, accurate warrenty repair is what a customer can expect. I like it! Thanks Camillus.
