Camillus Khurkuri blanks

Hello, picked up 2 stamped khurkuri camillus blanks that were carbon steel, heat treated 58 to 60 but not ground. Left in factory at closure I guess. Two blade styles and thickness that look almost identical to becker reinhart or cold steel.
Does anyone know who they would have been manufactured for?
Sorry no pic's and the tangs have one hole in the end and are rectangular not tapered.
