Camillus Kitchen Cutlery

Welcome to the forums! I have a few models of Camillus' kitchen knives in my drawer. They're great for the money. Riveted and stabilized hardwood handles, full tang construction, with 440A stainless steel. 440A is perfect for kitchen knives IMHO. It's got good rust resistance, and easy to resharpen.

One of the ones I have is the #C76 8" Chef's Knife (pictured below). Great balance, even grinds, and very sharp out of the box. I think Camillus' kitchen knives are great knives for the money. They look good and perform very well.
