This is the surviving knife of a pair that I bought from A.G. Russell back in the day. It is serial number 003 and I had the matching number 003 big Southwestern bowie in maple until it got destroyed in the great flood of 2012 (That is when the roof in my shop sprung a huge leak during rainy season while I was out of town and rusted it and a couple of other things to the point of no repair because I had it on my workbench out of the sheath using it for a pattern. 
) It does not have the box. No idea where it got off to, but I do have the BIG box that the larger life came in, so I will use that for shipping if need be. It ha a little bit of "drawer cancer"on the handle as you can see in the first picture, but he wood does look better in person than in the pictures and it does not suffer for the cracking and shrinkage that some of these allegedly had. 
These have been going for around $200-210 of late and some lunatic has a couple of NOS ones on EvilBay and he is asking $429!!!!! I am a more reasonable man and for the aforementioned reasons, am asking SOLD including PayPal and shipping. Holler if you have an inkling to acquire one of these.
