On the Bad side: Still no knife after over 2 months.
On the Good: Toll free call. and very polite C.S.

Bottom line: I will think twice about getting another knife from them.
 
Was this a special order? I tried searching your previous posts but didn't find anything about it.

It is a Dominator I sent to them for warrantee repair.

Don't know what I can tell you other than they say it has been sent to repair, and should be finished soon. It sat there for awhile waiting for it's turn I guess. That was 2 weeks ago as of today. They said it has major problems. Then they should replace it with a new knife is my feelings. Must have a back log of knives that need repair. I was told the Dominator is one of their models that is repaired at that location, and doesn't have to be sent elsewhere.
After a number of calls from me you would think they would make a special effort to get it into the hands of the repair guy, or send a new knife.
Guess I better give them another call today, and find out what's up.
