Hello guys,

I would like to know about how general knife public think of camo blade?
Do you like them? Do you own them?

if you do, please share some images of your proud purchase :)

I don't own any cept a cheap S&W karambit that I got because, frankly, I just love the looks of karambits themselves. I'm not generally a fan of camo blades, but if something comes out I want and it has a camo scheme, the camo scheme won't keep me away from it.

Hummm….camouflage blade…why on earth…

Oh! How silly of me! I get it!

It’s to make sure that when you drop your knife, you won’t be able to find it.

I have several Strider's with the digi camo blades, I love digi camo and think it looks awesome and it holds up very well.

If you like that decoration, then that's great.

I think it's a nothing but a silly extraneous design element expressly for the "Chairborne" crowd.

Since you asked.

as can be well seen,
it ain't a knife in camo;
but a gerber multipliers in mossey oak.

downside with this particular finishing is that,
it's one finish that's prone to damage.

As with anything in life, if you like it, buy it, wear it, use it. Thats what makes us individual :) For me, camo blade, not my taste. There's my $.02

Ummm yeah camo blades. I have no need for them. I don't walk around the woods like a ninja/navy seal/death dealer taking out guards or blowing up ammo dumps. So no need to "hide" my blade from the "enemy". Just silly marketing to get rambo wannabes to buy the latest tacticool crap. I want knives that perform at tasks I actually use and need.

I don't like camo blades if they are painted, i like somthing more complex like strider's digi camo finish. I do like digi camo G10 though.

I have a ZT0301 I carry, use, and beat on every day. I guess you could call the Tiger Stripe a camo blade.

If that makes me 'chairborne' or a 'Rambo wanabe' ohh well. I gave up caring what people think of me long ago. Use what you like.

I don't care for camo'd blades, but I could live with the handle or scales with a camo pattern if you like it. Me, I prefer unpainted blades in general, but it is not always possible to avoid the paint on a particular knife model.

Camo for me and mine is for signature reduction and not fashion, so we usually just Krylon camo everything with whatever color and pattern we need. It works well and is easy to touch up and remove if needed.

Some go with Cerakote if they're feelin' fancy and want something permanent..

I have a ZT 0350, ZT 301 and a kershaw blur all with camo blades.....I love the look of them new but after some hard use the camo starts coming off not so much.

I'm usually not a fan of camo on anything. I have a Para 2 with a digicam handle that I think looks kinda cool, it was the only one I could find and I'm a bit bored with black G-10. I also have a Wenger SAK with camo handles that I got as a gift.

I have no use for camo, and in my outdoors gear I either go for colours like tan, dark green or blue, etc. or something loud like red or bright yellow if it's something small I want to be able to spot easily (so my camo SAK stays in the city, and my yellow one comes along for woodsbumming).

I do like the look of some of the Busse blade camo finishes on some of their standard models. They are also offered as a variant on certain models. I collect them because of their unique look - not because I think of myself as some sort of commando...Cheers.

Some great looking blades! That is all the images we got on this forum!?
The camo I am talking about include those painted zebra alike finish too.
