A lightweight little axe that will fit nicely under the seat of your pickup or in your day pack. I have used one for the past year for clearing brush away from my deer stand and in the cabin to split firewood and feather fat wood. It stays sharp!

Forged from a 1 inch bar of 1085
Heat treated with three normalizing cycles and a differential temper to Rc 58-60 on the edge of the blade
Oak handle. (Note the curl)
Handle length: 12 inches
Head length: 6 inches
Cutting edge: 2 1/2 inches
Leather edge guard, not belt loop
