An axe made from 1085 steel with an edge profile much like a large chopper type knife. Differentially heat treated with an edge of 58-60 Rc (needs to be sharpened with a stone, a file skates on the edge) and a softer poll. The handle length is 12 1/2 inches, length of the head is 7 inches and the cutting edge is approximately 3 inches. White oak handle. Riveted leather sheath, no belt loop but I will add one if requested.

SOLD delivery to the US included. My PayPal and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com Please feel free to contact me with other payment methods or overseas shipping costs.

The more of these I see the more I want one. This one particularly has a draw on me...

Really nice job! I always enjoy seeing your work and never disappoints.

Deg nab it, these always pop up when I just bought a knife and have depleted my knife budget. One day the timing will work out.

Well done G.L.

Wow. I'd imagine all the weight behind that relatively short and narrow bit would bite DEEEEEEP into wood with each swing.
