Forged from 1080 high carbon steel
Heat treated to +/- 58 Rc on the edge, the body is somewhat softer
Hickory handle
13 inches from the top of the heat to the butt of the handle
Heat length is 6 inches with a 3 inch cutting edge
simple leather edge cover
I keep one in my pickup in my day pack; always ready to go in the woods with me.
