Here is one i forged from 1095, the handle is sambar stag, the guard , butt cap and pommel nut are all wrought iron. The pommel nut is threaded onto the tang of the knife keeping everything tight and secure. The stag has also been filled with epoxy to seal out moisture and prevent the knife from ever coming loose.
Overall this one measures 12 1/2'' with 7 3/16'' cutting edge and the blade is just over 1 3/8'' wide at the plunge cut.
I hand rubbed the blade ,leaving it with a field grade user finish, this blade also has a really nice hamon with some ghostly activity , but it is not shown well in the pictures.
