Camp Cutter, 1095/Walnut/SOLD

SOLD1095 & Black Walnut Camp Cutter, blade is 8" long x 2" wide, just over 3/16" thick, overall length is 13-1/4". Has an interesting "hamon" that was done by just watching the blade come up to heat in the forge and quinching when about 3/4 of the blade was up to critical. Just a fun way to get a transition line. Convex edge, sharp clip, hand polished 400 grit finish.

thanks fellas, it really zings through the limbs too, especially for being a 8" blade. Ive done a few of the same style with longer blades, wanted to try one a bit more compact. A bit easier to carry but will still cut with the big ones.
