Hi all,
I made a log chair for one of my campsites this last summer.

It is nice sit in instead of just sitting on the ground or leaning up against a tree at time.

It is nice to sit in and split wood with.

After I have split some wood I like to then sit in my chair and make fuzz sticks

and when I am not sitting in my chair but across from it while lying down or sitting on my camping mat by the fire and just being able to look across the fire and see it and knowing that I built that log chair is is really kind of cool I think
Even my wife will sit in it once in a while

Here is a pic of my campsite. I tied up the canvas tarp side up a little higher that day and then took this pic of it. In the pic and to the left side is where my log chair sits. I have some spilt walnut wood sitting on one side of the seat part in this pic. All in all it gives you a idea of the campsite set up.
