Twinstick , which do you prefer, the SP51 or the SP53?

Depends what i am doing. If there is much kitchen prep, then the SP51. Everything else, the SP53. SP51 is very blade/forward heavy. Feels more so than almost every other blade i own. Strange.

Thanks for the input. Ive been eyeing both knives for some time but can't make a decision lol. Im leaning a bit towards the sp53 though...
