Hey there everybody! Here’s a new versatile knife I just finished up. Hope you like it!

I struggled to define this new-to-me style, it’s not a classic B&T, and a little thick for a filet. Finally settled on Camp N Kitchen because I think it would do very well with everything from fresh harvests to camp cooking, and even at home.

Steel is 3/32” NitroV with professional BOS HT at 60/61. Hand sanded to1500 grit for a high reflective finish. The edge was about .012” before sharpening, "shaving sharp", it balances on the orange spacer.

Dimensions: 9 1/4” OAL, Tip to Scales 4 7/8”

Purpleheart and Elk scales make up the handle, accented with orange G10 liners/spacers. Secured with 1/8” stainless pins. The handle is finished to 1200 grit, oiled and waxed. The blade is nice and snug in the slab sheath.

Hi cbach8tw thanks for that! It's my serial# so I can track them. 21st knife ground in 2023 (actual grind date likely late 2022 nov/dec). I don't finish knives in the order they were ground though, just whenever. I'm finishing 23-1 right now but it was ground and prepped for HT autumn of 22.

Hi guys, yes the serial #is on the back of the sheath and printed on the warranty sheet which also has pictures of the knife. It's a standard for me and I'd think guys who make a lot of knives would (or should?) do this. So if there was ever a question about a knife from years back like steel type or handle material etc I can easily find it in my spreadsheets.
