Hey guys, this is a repost from a few weeks ago.
Since then I have made a kydex sheath for the knife and done some tests with it.
Thanks for looking!

Hi everyone, here's a big chopper / camp sword that I have finally finished after a long time of working on it.
This is a really really nice chopper. It feels fairly fast in the hand but has some major power behind it. I am really happy with how this one turned out, it's a beast!
Specs:
Steel: 1/4" 5160 heat treated by Darrin Sanders to 56-57 Rc for toughness. Scotchbrite belt finish, Full Flat Grind, awesome polished convex edge
Handle: OD Green Canvas Micarta sanded to a low grit for grip
Stainless tube hardware
Convex edge
The edge is thinner towards the ricasso for fine cutting
Balance point is right where the plunges are
All edges(spine, guard, etc) are rounded.
16" OAL, 9.5" cutting length
Kydex sheath included, large teklock compatible, comes with a belt loop.
Price is $295 shipped CONUS and includes a kydex sheath. I take Paypal, USPS MO and cashiers check. First firm "I'll take it" gets it. Backed by a lifetime common sense warranty with free sharpening.
A quick note, there are few scuff marks on the blade from the kydex, this one is not a safe queen!
Pictures:
Here are some newer pictures with the sheath:
Tests!
Chopping through a 2x4
Batoning through said 2x4
I really need to practice my fuzz sticks
Thanks for looking everyone, feel free to leave a comment!
