I kind of meant this knife to be a combination camp/kitchen knife. It's ground fairly thin, so I wouldn't use it to chop down a tree, but you might get away with splitting kindling and other light duties.
Steel: O1, ground, not forged. Hollow ground, and the tang is tapered. The flats are hand rubbed, and the hollows are satin finished with a Scotchbrite belt.
Hardness: 59-60 Rc
Blade length: 5-3/4"
Total length: 10-1/2"
Blade thickness: 5/32"
Handle material: ivory (or maybe bone) paper micarta.
Fittings: stainless bolts
Price: $250 + $15 shipping
I can take paypal, check, or MO. Please send paypal to 2000pjp at gmail dot com
If using a check, allow 10 business days for it to clear before shipment.
Sheath is not made yet, so you can choose between black or brown, tooling, or no tooling.
