Here is one that I just finished. Thought I was gonna give it to one of my grandsons, however, Mama said it was a little large for a 5 year old.

Forged 1084
Stabilized Maple (Burl/Curly?)
Stainless Handle Bolts and Thong Tubing
OAL - 14 5/8"
Blade Tip to Handle - 10 1/2"
.220 Thick on the spine where the Handle Starts

This one is SOLD.

Great looking chopper there. I tell you, that price on a hand made chopper, with differential heat treat with a great hammon line, and a beautiful sheath is a steal.

Great looking knife!

I think if my momma had said no when my grandpa tried to give me this knife I might have had to kick her in the shin and refuse to eat my broccolli for a month or so. LOL

I had one almost like that when I was 5 or 6. Actually I think mine said "USN MkII KaBar". I guess it was a little smaller.:D
In those days in Covington county we knew what knives were for.
