Here's what I call a camper model, but really would be a pretty good all around knife. The handle is made of Ipe, and I really like the results.

I clayed the blade before heat-treat and it produced a nice and interesting hamon. I put a very nice hand-rubbed finish on the knife blade and it's almost glossy.

The specifics are:

Blade thickness - 3/16"
Overall length - 10 1/4"
Blade, tip to handle - 5 3/4"
Blade, cutting edge - 5 1/8"
Steel - 1095
Handle - Ipe
Pins/Thong tube - 416 SS
Comes with the pictured leather sheath.

Price is $155 shipped to the US48. Paypal is preferred, please.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to do so.

Thanks for looking!

Price drop to $155 shipped to the US48!

Thanks for taking a look.

A very nice solid, but subtle design. It would make a great all around woods knife.

Tobin, I can't believe this beauty is still here!?!?

Folks, I can tell you that Tobin makes first rate knives you'll absolutely enjoy using.

I wish I could take this one off your hands, my friend. As it is, I can only offer my opinion that your knives are extremely well crafted and very useful. Thanks for bringing your creations here to share with us on bladeforums!
