I'm not much for camping-the closest I get to the woods is a semi annual walk in the park. Sometimes I even miss those. Anyway I've acquired all this camping cookware and was wondering if it has any value.

Anyone have an idea of a fair reserve price on this stuff-I'm going to put them on eBAY.
thanks

The only one I have really paid attention to on fleabay is the Svea 123. Depending on condition and if you have the original box, it could go for anywhere between $25 and $75. Look at closed auctions to get an idea of going prices. There are always a few 123s on fleabay.

there are two models of the svea the 123 and the 123r that looks like the r i have the older 123 model that is more valuable generally...u willing to let that one go so i can add it to my collection?

I'd hoped to get rid of it as a group and I use the stove so much and am so attached to it and really it should be in a museum, but if you twisted my arm-send me a pmail:)

Why not figure out what you want for it and post it in the For sale gadgets and gear forum?

I got two svea123 and one hunter R8 . Im trolling craigslist looking for another one. As Skammer said they are what i would call a forever stove.

How can you tell the difference? I have a couple and know that one is much older than the other.

I inherited an old Coleman two-burner stove from my late uncle. When I called Coleman about a part, they said it was made in 1947. Still works.

Svea 123 works High or low altitude Hot or Cold weather..Museum .. ha! mine is still working 30+ years. How many stoves can say that!

On the old style the handle sticks down at an angle the newer one straigth out and has a needle that sticks out and cleans the burner port when you turn it all the way to the rigth. The older one takes a tool to clean the port.

Good source for svea, primus and optimus stove parts
