Camping with the Hiking Buddy

Hey schmittie this is at Comlara Park (Lake Evergreen) in Bloomington. We can't be far apart, I grew up at Lake Sanchris (lived in Auburn) before going to school and landing s job in Bloomington.
 
Very nice thread Matt! Great photos and now I am hungry! Your feather sticks may need a little work to be easily ignited with a ferro rod, especially a misch rod, but they would do very well with matches or a lighter, the way the scouts were taught years ago. Really enjoyed the post, thanks for sharing!
