Camullis CAM1A1 Help

New to the forum and I have a question. I have a Camullis CAM1A1 and it is missing the retainer for the wire cutters. I am hoping that either someone has a spare or can offer some close ups and measurements of the metal part that retains the wire cutters. I will attach a photo of the missing part if I can (no luck so far). Thanks for any help in advice.
 
If you have access to a wire EDM I can send you the toolpath for the die that blanked them.
Teat treat & temper to 45 Rc.

Phil - can you fab the this part, with the appropriate heat treat and parkerizing? If so, how much to get it done?
