I don't know why everyone is being so sour about this, this is pretty similar to trying to ID a knife used in a movie etc. this is really no different than what might be a custom made piece and trying to find something similar.
I think like marcinek said googling solingen stag hunter will get you close to the style you're looking for. For specific examples some close but not exact matches would be: Boker Plus Valkyrie, Black Jack Classic 7 Fixed, Black Jack Knives in general. Bowie style knives are pretty close to what you want because they often include the guard, have a clip point and can be found with a stag handle but it won't be a palm swell handle with a pommel like in the picture.
The big issue is that, like others said since this is a fantasy knife some of the elements on there don't really make sense together so you won't find a real knife that includes them all. For example the blade shape on this knife is almost a skinner style with the up-swept tip, but you wouldn't make a skinner with a guard or one large enough to be a fighting knife which is what the handle design hints at (it is similar to a kabar). Guards in general aren't super common and it is even harder to find guards that curve forward like that. Finally ending in a stick tang with that style handle also won't be common on real knives of this style.
You will really have to decide what elements are important to you, it's going to be hard to find anything that is a perfect match and you'll likely have to compromise to get something close.
