Can’t leave feedback?

Hi all, I’m back with a new issue - when I try to leave feedback for a recent purchase, I cannot enter the URL (which I copy pasted) nor can I search for it - both times it takes me to a new screen and says “oops something went wrong, please enter a valid url” which is exactly what I had just done (or attempted to search it). I’m relatively new so I apologize if this is my own stupidity but any help would greatly appreciated - I don’t want to leave the seller hanging. Thank you!
