Can a mod/admin answer my repeated messages?

If this site doesn't have any of your credit card information I don't see what the issue is. Surely "Ibrow" isn't your real name. As the the site having your email I'm assuming you're starting fresh with a new one so what's the problem?
 
I am reminded of discussions on applying US legislation, like on patents and rights, to other countries and vice versa.
Sites like Google and eBay have to or like to adhere to local legislation (e.g. not allowing the sale of certain items on eBay sites of some countries), but I do not know if an international forum also has to.
