can a non assisted be made assisted just wondering

ok first off, if this is a no no. fine let me know no more said. it was just something I was thinking about, I dont have any plan to actually try this, was just really wondering if it was possible.

Sure, it can be done. But it wouldn't be worth the time and materials to do. You would be better off finding an AO style that you like and buy it.

If it was something I wound want to try, it would probably be with a JYD II or a RAM.

Both of those have no springs, just brilliant designs.

Have you tried the flipper on these 2 knives?

off the top of my head, those 2, the Zing, NRG, Groove, Lahar, and OD1, do not have a spring. They use only pressure to deploy the blades and act just like a spring assisted knife.

I know they are non assisted, thats why I asked to questions.

and to the other, no I have not tried them yet, like I said in the first post, I wasnt planning on trying this, I was merely just wondering if it was possible.
