in states (like mine) that violate our right to open carry, the privledge of 'the don't ask don't tell' permit equates to your right to be armed. unfortunately, we are taxed to excerise our right. our 2nd Ammendment, in FL, cost apx $200
i'm just curious as to WHY you feel that way. trying to understand the basis for the opinion. i know it doesn't matter, permanent resident aliens are not currently being deprived of their firearm rights. the law is already structured how i believe it should be, i have no grievance. so, it's really a moot point. just wondering what the purpose would be in infringing on their rights. sounds like a "Cast" system, a sort of ranking for civilians.
