Can a Regular sebenza be decorated ?

I have one in the plain large version, can it be sent in to CRK and be decorated?

If it can or can't be decaorated can a decorated handle be ordered to spruce up your current blade. Sort of a tuxedo for your sebie? If so I want one of those solar wind jobbies.
