Information such as metal type, blade length, overall length, manufacturer and that kinda of stuff would be nice.

The CETME rifle was introduced in 1957, so your bayonet is from then or later. Quite a few on the surplus market. They're made in Toledo, Spain, and should be decent steel. Regarding the blade grind and profile, I'm not sure how useful it is.

It belonged to your uncle, so I assume it would have some sentimental value.

I don't know about steel type, but blade length and overall length can be determined by laying it on the floor, table, or similar object next to a ruler or tape measure. Depending on picture quality I believe we can help you determine blade length and overall length.
Best of luck.

The manufacturer would have been the Fabrica National de Toledo, which was a Spanish government owned military manufacturer of artillery, swords and bayonets for nearly 300 years. It makes for a decent camp knife. I use to use one when canoe camping. The handle ergonomic are less than ideal, but it can take an edge, is relatively light and the sheath works well. Blade length should be around 8-3/4 inches.
