Can anyone direct me to a costume knife maker that specializes in Fillet knives >200$

This might not be in the correct forum, and I really do apologize. My father and I love to fish all summer long. His 50th is in may and I really want to give him a quality fillet knife made custom. Can anyone recommend a knife maker that can make a fine fillet knife under 200$ that I can talk to. Maybe someone that specializes in fillet knives with a nice leather sheath. Bonus if they are in Canada Preferably Ontario, but any great fillet knife maker in North America is Greatly appreciated.

check out the custom fixed blades in the knifemakers exchange here... some cool stuff there... search filet and if you dont find one you want, email one of the makers of one you like. good luck
