Can anyone help me determine the age, or anything else, about this knife?

Hi All, I found this in an antique store and picked it up. Specifically to clean it up a bit and sharpen it properly so I can give it away to a Scout Leader I know. She will appreciate it dearly since she is a fan of all things EAGLE.

I am curious though. I would like to know the age of this knife, and maybe the maker. If Anyone can assist with the, please do so. I hope the photo's upload ok so you can all see it.

Thanks!

Chris, the OWL

I've always called this style of knife a "Wanna-bes" as in they wanna be Buck 110s. The '70s saw a lot of companies trying to cash in on the popularity of the 110 after it came out in the '60s. Some were US companies, but there were also a lot of Japanese made.
