Can anyone help me find something similar?

Am I the customer you are referring to? Haha
And would you recommend serrations or no serrations, at my job my knife is used to cut open cardboard boxes and cellophane wrapping on pallets. Thank you for all the help RandomAyes. I really appreciate finding a forum with kind people willing to help someone they do not know in person.

Having had a job that required that kind of cutting I would honestly recommend a box cutter-- I used a large, non-retractable Irwin with replaceable blades. I carried a Kershaw Skyline as a backup. But to answer your question I'd go with a plain edge because you're going to be resharpening it constantly cutting through boxes.

I actually went a month with a box knife. It seems totally logical, but its the random tasks that a box knife wont cut it. No pun intended. I have three of them, but a knife just seems to work better for me.
