Can anyone help me with heat treating

I am working on a few knives (really enjoying it) and I think it seems like a waste to spend $75 or whatever at peters for a heat treat if I only have a few blades, so I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out. The steel is 1095 and I'm sure you will laugh at the blades when you recive them (will only be my 3rd.) Tell me the price u would do it for (if that's aloud) and many I'll be able to upload some picks when ever I finish my first batch probably in the next week or so. Thanks a lot guys and any other advise on what to do is welcome. Thanks a lot

Darrin Sanders and Paul Bos both have pretty good reps as far as heat treating goes.

That forum seems pretty desserted, I doubt anyone would answer him there.

It looks fairly deserted because only those members with appropriate level memberships can see the requests by members.

There are tons of threads in there of people asking for "stuff".

You just have to post it there. As I understand it, you will be able to see it along with those members who have "KnifeMaker" memberships.
