Can Anyone Help?

It looks as though it actually says PUB at the middle of the logo
 
And there’s a company in India called Precision Bearing House that makes aluminum products. The company is only 25 years old and the knife looks older

Thought that too at first glance, but if you compare it to the B in PBH, seems clear it is an R.

If there's anything written on the tang (base) of the blade, on either side, that would also help. Many slipjoint and multitool manufacturers put the company name, or other useful info, in that spot.

I've done some searching using the info you've provided, but I haven't turned up anything useful (sorry).

The links worked for me, possibly because I’m not using protection (get it, Trojan?) but one of the pictures does confirm that the engraving reads PUR and not PUB as I wrote I thought it said earlier

Lighten up a bit. You’ll get much more help that way. No need to take everything so serious here.
 
I suggest you post this in the Multitools sub-forum. There are some folks over there who know a lot about such Swiss Army type knives.
