Can anyone identify this anvil?

This just popped up on craigslist but he doesn't give the brand or weight and it's a bit of a drive for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Arm & Hammer Brand.....a bit small though. Looks like around 70 lbs..?

I just talked to the owner and apparently its a 120#. I offered her $300 for the anvil and the vise but I have a feeling I'll be outbid .
